Steam Sanitizers of America is a professional steam sanitizing services company in New York City. In addition to steam cleaning, we also offer optional disinfecting services. Please be sure to read the difference between cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing according the CDC and the recommended steps below.

Landlords & Property Managers

STEP #1: We recommend cleaning first. Cleaning removes germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces or objects. We are not a cleaning service. Please be sure to clean properties first. STEP #2: The second step is disinfecting. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces or objects.We do offer an optional disinfecting service prior to steam sanitizing.

STEP #3: The final step for your Next Level of Clean is to steam sanitize. Sanitizing lowers the number of germs on surfaces or objects to a safe level, as judged by public health standards or requirements. This process works by either cleaning or disinfecting surfaces or objects to lower the risk of spreading infection. We add dry vapor steam to that process at temperatures in excess of 275 degrees Fahrenheit to approximately

  • After tenants move out and the unit has been cleaned, we can disinfect and steam sanitize. 

  • Gift your new tenants or owners with a bonus steam sanitizing and disinfecting session after the unit has been cleaned and before move-in! Our Steam Sanitizing Seal of Approval will be prominently displayed to offer your client peace of mind.

PROPERTY OWNERS & RENTERS 

Steam sanitize your property after cleaning and before move-in. Our steam sanitizers will use dry vapor steam to sanitize the high-contact, high-touch services of your living environment. Disinfecting services are optional. All spaces must be cleaned no more than 48 hours prior to the steam sanitizing appointment to avoid dust buildup.
